NO not on drugs LOL. Just Turned 50 Maybe That's The Problem.
A few times lately I have had these wiggling colored zig zag patterns in my eyes & I can still see them if I close my eyes.
After they go away I usually get a headache.
It's a really weird sensation & if I was driving I am not sure if I could get myself home.
I am not & have not been on treatment.
Anyone else had this happen ?
What is it ?

Cluster headaches come to mind. These tend to be more common in men over 40.

Also, when was your blood sugar or blood pressure last checked?

One more time (with feeling!)....... talk to your doctor.

Also your description sounds a lot like the description of migraine headaches.
