You need to be assessed by a neurologist as the most likely cause is underlying neurological damage from the interferon.
But, since I am not a doctor, I could be wrong and it could be something else. Whatever it might be, rule out the neuro problems first. There is a greater liklihood of making you feel better and helping you sleep than from a gastro or other specialist. It is surprising how many neurologists are familiar with the after-effects of interferon treatment. Less so once you realize that interferon has been used for other diseases for a really long time.
