sorry no one answered. the test should have been negative or positive i think... not high or low. if it comes back positive, then they do another test to find out the viral load, which can be low or high.

Antibodies test means: You HAD virus in your body in the past.
In this case it is necessary to make another test, checking the viral load in your blood - so called PCR test. Only this PCR can reveal, if you have the disease or not. The level of antibodies is not crucial.
