What was the progression of the symptons, and how was it treated? I have a discomfort in my pelvic area which locationwise seems like it might be a hernia. There is no tenderness or visible bulging, but a more internalized pain in the pelvic area(I am male). There isn't much else that low on the body and I was doing very deep squats last week which may have brought it on. I just always thought hernias were visible and evidenced super tenderness in an area. Anyone?
