 Hernia surgery
After all the testing and dr's I have been to, I went to an GI dr on MOnday and I was having an severe attack again that I have been getting all the time, he took one look and said all my pain was coming from umbilical hernia...so he sent me to an surgeon and he is doing the surgery next week on this umbilical hernia..has anyone had this done witht the mesh, and been obese, with high blood pressure, and type 2 diabeties..I have had 2 other surgeons tell me they would not operate coz of my fat; and I would not heal..would like some imput if anyone has been thru this, I am an 51 year old female..Getting nervous....thanks.......
