| Hiatus hernia and Gastritis- any cure?
Hi all,
I just was sent to gastroscopy, and was diagnosed as having Hiatus hernia, Gatritis and slight duodenitis.
I consider myself quit fit physically, 170cm, 65Kg, and go to gym 3 times a week.
So i do not understand why I would suffer from Hiatus Hernia...is it because I tried to life weight harder than i should be in gym? or is it because of the fact that i had the problem of constipation before?
Is there any cure to this symptom?
I have periodic dull pain on my upper left abdominal...especially when i bend over or eaten too full, is it because of hiatus hernia?
