Three months ago, I was found to have a herniated disk at C5-6 causing left neural foraminal stenosis, a bulge at C6-7, and two mild bulges in the lumbar region. Could they cause the following symptoms:
- Tingling in hands and feet for about a month (gone now for two months) - most affected during posture changes (i.e. crossing legs).
- Aching pain in shoulder blades and both elbows/wrists/forearms
- Joint type pain/cramping in hands
- Small, painless twitches
- Nerve pain in feet, upper thighs and hands
- Cramping in calves
Thanks for any insight you have. I am going through a series of tests!
