foot hernia ?

I have this thing just about in the center of the bottom of my foot.
It's like a vein that has come to the surface. It's not painful and I can mash it down into the arch but it comes right back up.
It has become just a little bit sensitive after 4 or 5 days.

I'm very physically active and healthy.

Any ideas about what I am experiencing?

peace & Love

The thing has gotten hard and it doesn't mash down like it did at first
