polaco Newbie (male) Join Date: Aug 2010 Location: New Zealand Posts: 1	hiatal hernia and psyllium fiber can anyone here please tell me if you have a haital hernia and taking psyllium. I am also experiencing constipation so i have heard that psyllium is good for both this problems. Any feedback would be highly appreciate it. Cheers to all
