does anyone know what this radiology report means?

Upper GI series: the barium passed through the esophaguswithout delay. A small sliding hiatal hernia without reflux is present. views of the stomach revealed filling defects possibly representing retained food particles. filling defects are also seen in the duodenal bulb also possibly representing fod particles. The c-loop is not widened. That was on my report, never made it back to the doctor, I ended up moving out of state before my reports were read by my doctor. thanks!
