My boyfriend and I were having sex when I felt a sharp cutting pain near my vagina. After we we finished i went to the bathroom to wipe and there was blood. I thought he had just cut me when he was fingering me or something. Well the next day it was hurting and i looked with a mirror and it looked like a cut right by the hole where you pee ....maybe he did cut me....but it looks like a sore...and feels just like a cut does. Today is the 3rd day and it doesnt really hurt today...I have also been having a dishcarge the is white and didnt clear up when i used yeast infection medicine....does this sound like herpes????

I also forgot to mention that i have been having sharp pains around my vagina too...and it does seem swollen.

Herpes would not show up at the time you contract it, and, as far as I've ever heard, does not involve bleeding. Sounds to me like you got a tear in your tissues and are taking some time to heal.

If he does have herpes and the virus was active when you had sex, the tear would make it more likely that you contract it...but it still would not show up right away.
