Do a yahoo search for ozone therapy as well as for Dr. Saul Pressman. He wrote a book on the subject and it can be found online for free. In it, he answers most (if not all) of the questions that you just asked. Also, look around book websites for topics such as oxygen and ozone, there you can find numerous books talking about ozone uses and effectiveness. I've tried the Ozone Sauna, it was wonderful. I personally will start with the ozone generator (which more info can be found by doing a search). But basically a generator is used to get ozone into the body by various protocols. The ozone can get through the body when in a steam sauna because the pores are open and the ozone can sink through.
Another way is by insufflation. There are three types of insufflation- rectal, vaginal, and ear. For example, ear insufflation is when one end of a tube is hooked up to the ozone generator and the other is placed in your ear. The generator is turned on at the correct flow rate and ozone is then distributed into your ear (very slowly).
Another way is to drink ozonated water which can be made from the generator.
Unfortunately, generators (good ones) are not cheap. Expect to pay around $2000 for the generator and all its accessories (oxygen tank, regulator and tubing, ect).
Anoother way of using the generator, esp. for H is by funneling...which means that you hook up a funnel to the generator and place this on the lower spine (where H lives), that is supposed to help stir up the virus. (so I've heard).
But as mentioned always, You must do your own research to find out if this or any other therapy or treatment is good for you. I've find this information out by asking around and researching, so please do the same, as it is so important!

Wow ,,,jese,,,thank you. Yes I take meds but would slowly like to get off them would like to try herbs as another option. What really makes me sad and mad actually is how crooked our government is by not letting such information out as I've read some Doctors were put in jail for practicing or drawing conclusions through Ozone therapy. Which has a high sucess rate. ...That really steams my beam as I'm sure it does for everyone.

thanks for the info

Re: Oxygen therapy impt questions!

I’ve tried 2 of the oxygen treatments, H2O2 orally and a DMSO/H2O2 mixture topically. It made me feel better than I knew it was possible to feel, and pretty much ended my terrible, weekly OBs for a year and a half and counting. Although, I must say that I do still get the odd tingle, maybe a little blemish here and there that may or may not be the virus. Whether it is or isn’t, I have my life back. I did go through a bad healing reaction from these treatments, though it was worth it by far! You can minimize the healing reaction by starting off with a low dose and working up very gradually.

As far as being dangerous, it can be. The strength of the H2O2 is 35% (food grade), not the 3% variety from the drug store, which contains stabilizers and shouldn’t be used internally. At 35%, one drop will blind you or burn your skin. It looks like water and has no smell, and is easily fatal within minutes if consumed at full strength. Some believe that it is corrosive to the stomach even diluted according to oxygenation protocols. I think that may be a possibility if you take it over a long term, but without proper ozone treatments available through the medical industry, I was willing to take the risk. What kind of a free country forces its citizens into that kind of position?

Herpes is worth $1.5 billion annually to the medical industry. Medical schools get a lot of research money through multinational pharmaceuticals, and oxygen is not patentable and cheap, therefore unprofitable. So, they won’t give money to research something that would take away their $1.5 billion, and not replace it with anything. Also, I’m sure you’ve all noticed how doctors just seem to not really know a whole lot about herpes. Med school won’t teach things that aren’t in the corporate interest, because that’s where the money comes from. These corporations also donate to political campaigns, and if government funded this research, it would cut off this money. The system is set up so that everything comes down to money. Add to that the fact that 95% of the wealth is in the hands of 5% of the people, and we have our answer as to how a medical miracle like ozone can be covered up and vilified like it is.

I say burn ‘em to the ground before they kill us all.
