Occasionaly some people suffer from this PHN, not all. And it does not necessarily mean you are having an outbreak. It means that your ganglia may have gotten irritated, and you may feel some unusual sensations in your body. It is not actually doing any harm, it is just a function of how your brain perceives electrical signals within your bodies network. From what I've read, it typically goes away on its own. For some it is more chronic and a neurologist can prescibe meds to help minimize these sensations. Unless this condition is really serious and chronic, my opinion would be to wait it out. Some of these meds may be worse than the actual condition.
I wouldnt worry about it, plus, it may be something entirely unrelated to H.
Thats my opinion, but I am not a doctor, just read alot about this.
