Sorry about your diagnosis. I'm glad that you're symptoms finally went away, hopefully if reoccurs it won't be nearly as bad.
As far as remedies, someone did a thread on that very recently.... I think it has the work "cocktail" in the title..... it's about people's different combos of vitamins, herbs, etc. I'll look for it and bump it up. Somepeople here use prescription meds, some only herbals and some people find a combo works well.
I find that my cocktail of strictly vitamins and herbs works pretty well, I've started being able to avoid my period-related OBs, which used to be every single month, so I consider that a HUGE success. I outlined my suppliments on the thread that I mentioned as did some other people. Also, search all over this board and you'll find lots of suggestions as far as combos, dosages, etc. We're not doctors, but I find that the combined experience on this board is incredibly helpful in trying to find things that actually work in controlling this virus.
