Hello there. first off, cheers to everyone on this board. I can tell it brings support to so many people, so thanks!

okay, I contracted the h 10 years ago and started taking Valtrex. I got some side effects from it so I stopped.

I recently started using Echinacea and Wellness formula to pep up my immune system and felt a symptom yesterday.

so, here's my question: is this possibly a healing reaction from treating my body with immunity building herbs? I'm not a great eater and I smoke. perhaps my immunity has been down for so long that boosting it soo much with the Echinacea and Wellness Formula that I got a 'healing reaction' that I keep reading about on this board. I read about the DMSO and oxygen treatments and this reaction was mentioned often.
