Red Cuts No Itch or nothing, is it Herpes or Syphilis - Herpes Message Board

Today a year from exposure. Receved oral from sexworker unprotected and protected vaginal sex.

I check my penis today and on on the bottom of it right before testicles are connected, I saw red lines like a cut, 4 0r 5 of them.

Also on top of the head of penis on the side, I saw few red lines just like that.

Is this is Herpes or Syphilis

It dont itch or anything ??

Is syphilis test at 3 months accurate ?

No tingling type of nothing, just redness with cuts.

what is it ???

Do the little cuts look like papercuts? Sometimes herpes sores will look like little papercuts, not like blisters. Don't want to alarm you, but you should see a doctor to get the cuts cultured so that you can find out for sure.

yea they do, but when I went in today , those cuts were gone.

Actually, 3 days ago, they were really red and know they are gone, in 3 days ??? dont make sense

Go to the doctor and request a blood test to see if you have any herpes antibodies in your system. Herpes sores can often appear as papercuts and go away quickly. I don't want to freak you out, but it's important to talk to you doc about concerns such as these. Good luck.
