The blood test only detects anti-bodies for herpes...it won't tell you "how much" herpes you have in your system. Once you have the anti-bodies, they stick around and are detectable for life...
Let me save you some time. Once herpes infects your nerves, its there for life. No amount of supplements or drugs can kill it while its inside of the nerve ganglia....the drugs/supplements you take only interact with the herpes viral particles that are periodically released from the nerve core to the "outside" (representing outbreaks or assymptotic shedding). Some of the other supplements supposedly "boost" your immune system and make it more effective at fighting off a herpes outbreak. Either way, basically you haven't had another outbreak for one reason or another the herpes infection is inactive (sleeping inside of your nerves)...it might be because you are just lucky, the strain of herpes isn't bad, or the supplements really are working...but rest assured that the herpes is stilll there and could reactivate at any time.
I'm glad you've had success ever since your first outbreak, but try to remember that just because the supplements say they are "natural", it doesn't mean they are 100% safe. Poisonous berries are "natural"...but that doesn't mean we should go around eating them. In other words, people on here should be conscious about cramming 10 different supplemental "herbs" down their throats...they can actually be harmful in some circumstances.
