Very Scared - Herpes Message Board

About four weeks ago I got an OB in my genital area. At first i thaught there were just pimple they even pop like normal pimples but now I have them all over my penis look like pimple but are spreeding around the top of my legs (right next to my testicles. I don't no what to do I don't want to touch myself or anithing. I don't have any pains, burning feeling, y have a slight itching feeling every know an then. Can some body direct me on what to do please really scared. I have been avoding having intercourse with my GF becuase of this it was not the last time we saw each other I had protective sex with one other girl. but just one time.

You need to go to a dr to find out what this is. Have some tests taken, and have a swab (culture) done of the bumps. That is the only way you can know for sure. If you don't have the money for a regular dr, look for a clinic or Planned Parenthood in your area. Tell them what you want--some dr's will try to diagnose baased only on a peek at the area, but this is not reliable, esp for herpes.

It doesn't really sound like herpes (although herpes symptoms vary from person to person), but does sound like something that needs treatment.

I agree with backpacker. See a doctor and don't wait around on the boards hoping for an answer. The sooner you get some answers from a professional medical person, the sooner you will feel better or be able to treat what you have actually got.

I agree with the others to see a dr ASAP. I too had an OB similar, but it did not spread. what i thought was ingrown hair turned out to be herpes. See a doc! Take care and good luck!
