ive been stressing a ton lately, i cant tell if i have herpes or some other std or anything at all. On my lower lip there not noticible, but when i like spread my lip apart u can see little dots up towards the side of my lip. Also below that kind of on my lip/ below it is a red ***, but i think it is a pimple or acne but im not sure. If you can leave me anything on this please im killing myself stressing over this

You seem to be describing being concerned over oral herpes - I am assuming by "lip" you are talking about your mouth. Oral herpes is pretty common - studies vary but they suggest that anything between 40-90% of people have oral herpes, although the vast majority do not get frequent outbreaks. Oral herpes is not strictly an STD because it does not need to be transmitted via sexual contact, but is most usually acquired by children from family members & friends.
i thought herpres was like so much more noticible though im just so scared and im real young i cant make up my mind, the red bump i think is a pimple cause i mean it doesnt really hurt...I was doing a lot of research and in most cases people said they experienced terrible pain. It really doesnt hurt me at all
Herpes symptoms can be very subtle, but you could simply just have a pimple. It would usually, although not always, be painful when pressure is applied, if it had got to the stage of being a bump.
