Epsom Salt???

I had heard that espom salt would help dry out, clear up a break out if you took a bath with it in the water. I remember as a kid they told you if you put it in the bath durring chicken pox it would also help those blisters heal faster too. So I am having a pretty bad OB, one of my worst ever if you ask me. So I tried this, I used the ammount or maybe slightly less than the box had reccomended. Today I am so sore in the site of the OB. I am never like this, it's never been sore like this before, Im thiking it may be the salt. Ive otched before, but not soreness like this. Has anyone ever tried this? Was the bath a bad idea all together?

Re: Epsom Salt???

I have not tried it. I have heard of it and of a lemon juice salt pack. Read the thread written by ivanthedog, their is a list that should help.
