If a girl has Oral HSV1 which is more likely to transmit to a male HSV1 Oral or Genital or both? Which symptoms are more likely to surface first?

if you have a cold sore orally (or have the virus at all actually) and you have oral sex with a guy. you can give him genital hsv1. any number of symptoms can happen.. it depends on person to person as far as the symptoms go.

But if the girl is orally infected and she is kissing the guy as well as performing oral sex which is more likely to occur in the male? Which is more likely to happen?

An oral infection is a bit more likely because HSV1 prefers the mouth, but either could happen.
