| herpes in my mouth??
I just had my second outbreak. At first I didn't correlate pain on my gum/mouth/throat with it, but when I looked deep inside my mouth by my last tooth where it feels very sore, I see a red bump there. I can barely open my mouth to eat, and the bump is obviously sore and swollen, and starting to go over the side of my tooth. How will it heal, if it likely will only get more trauma the harder it is to eat or hold my tongue properly??
I feel desperate and like this is all such a nightmare? Could it be herpes? Now that it's Easter weekend and stores/pharmacies are closed, how can I get relief? I've been taking extra strength advil, but that doesn't help the presence of the "lesion", if it is one.
Has anyone else ever experienced this, and what kind of remedy can I use? I'm so mystified and uncomfortable!
Thanks in advance, I do appreciate all the expertise here and I've only been here 24 hours!
