Ive been bodybuilding for a while now, unfortunatly got stuck with Herpes, but Ive been able to manage it, using L-lysine , and creatine. Ive seen alot of vitamins/suppliments that most of you recommend, but have never seen creatine, and considering that creatine has been said by some to be better than L-lysine at stoping the Herpes virus from replicating, not an expensive combination, just regular creatine without anything else mixed in. There are some side effects with the supplement how ever,
Side effects - Wieght Gain of 10lbs(Muscle and water), increased energy, Faster metabolisim(Fat burner), fuller muscles.
If anyone here has heard the suppliment on the news thinking some teenager died because he was taking creatine, or that it is some type of steroid then please throw that type of thinking out the window, Creatine is a completely natural substance found in meat, and our bodies produce it, though you would have to eat 20 steaks to receive 11 grams of creatine
, and no one has ever died from creatine supplimentation, there are no long term side effects from use, on the other hand, please note the average couch potatoe probably wont benifit from creatine, you must excerise and drink plenty of water for maximum absorption.
