I know I'm complaining and but jeez! Between the stuff I take to balance out my brain chemistry and the (count them!) 5 different vitamins, echinacae, garlic and lysine, I am plumb tired of swallowing pills! I broke it down and just took A, C, E, Zinc and - I forget what the fifth one is. You guys all know that I'm having a hard time getting this under control (no relief from obs since Feb. of 2004), would you suggest taking the individual vitamins like what I'm doing now or just taking a multi-vitamin?

I'd like to hear what everyone has to say on this. Also, does anyone have any good suggestions for remembering to take these things? (I swear lithium kills brain cells) I forget things really easy....you have no idea how easy.
Before I jet outta here, I found a tea tree oil that doesn't sting when applied. I found it at the market near the facial creams and make up. I'm wondering if it's as effective as the tea tree oil I bought at an herb farm. Anyone have any input?
