Need responses quick!
Hello,

My friend wanted me to post this for her as she is leaving town tonight. She has a small out break of genital herpes and wanted to know if it was safe to go to a water park? She is worried that with a small open sore that if someone gets in the water with something that she will get it with the herpes thing and all. I guess she was speaking of an open sore, not sure though. Anyway, is she safe?

herpes is spread through intimate contact, so unless someone touches her outbreak, she is fine to go. She won't be putting anyone at risk.

I think she is more worried about catching something someone else may have with her open sore. I'm not a water person, so I don't know if she is at risk or not.
