I got the book never an outbreak and did what the book tells you to do - I take lots of vitamins to build up my immune system I had the first outbreak for 10 days and my dr prescribed valtex ...I have been lucky and have not experienced an outbreak like the first one which was very bad. My question and just like yours - when I shave down there I sometimes notice a few small tiny bumps - but no itching or fluid .....is this another outbreak ??? I have often wondered but I was in a year long relationship with a person and they never got any outbreak from me. Let me know - thanks |
I got it from my ex-bf, who used to get coldsores on his mouth. We must have done oral while he didnt know it was active. We were always careful when we knew he was getting them, but I guess that's not always safe. I still don't know if the bumps I'm getting are related to the herpes. I have a feeling they are. The bumps you're describing sound like razor burn. I actually just asked my doctor if it was OK to shave (ive been too scared to) and she said it was safer to use a beard trimmer until ALL of my possible symptoms are gone. If anyone can tell me if theyve had similar symptoms (large red bumps that shrink, not sores/blisters) that would be helpful!!
