I recently found a sore red bump on my vagina and now have a couple more. They are now becoming what looks like pimples and are extremely sore. I am getting tested on Friday. I have never had this problem before and neither has my boyfriend which is why he getting a little suspicious as to whether I have cheated on him, which I didn't and found hurtful.

They don't seem blister like, which is why I'm not sure they are herpes and they don't seem like warts. Is it possible for it to be vaginitis? I have read symptoms for vaginitis but none said about sore pimple like bumps. If someone could help me out I would appreciate it, the fact that I can't go get tested until Friday is really making me freak out about what it could be.

I would just get checked out but it could just be pimples.

I was able to see the doctor today and was unfortunately told that it is likely herpes and given treatment for it. My boyfriend plans on getting tested (he has never showed symptoms) and hopefully whether he ends up having it or not we can go through this together.

You have the SAME exact story as I do. I also noticed a small bump and It turned out to be Herpes type-2. My boyfriend did not have any symptoms and he got tested. His came out positive also. We are still together and staying strong for one another dealing with it together. From this day he has not had any outbreaks but I have had them. Hope this helps!
