Hey There. From what I have been told from my gyn you have to be in contact with the herpes virus for 6 weeks before it shows up on a herpes test. So I would assume that your symptoms would start around there. I am not sure but it seems fairly early for you to be having symptoms. However, although some guy might not have any symptoms does not mean he does not have herpes. My boyfriend just found out he got type 1 herpes from his ex girlfriend of 7 years. However, for those 7 years he never had one outbreak. So be careful.
