ok so im 17. im a guy. and i have never had sex before. but that does not mean i have not fooled around. was fooling around with a girl one time (head and handjob) and the next morning i woke up with a really saw knob. was red and looked a bit raw. it healed up and it never came back. any chance i might of goten herpes? was about 6 months ago. getting really close to my new girl frined now, last thing i would want to do is give her something.
can herpes show up the next day?
was no blistering just raw and saw can it be herpes?
this happened to any guys out there?
please give me some feed back.

I highly doubt this is herpes. Although it is very possible to get it from oral sex and the transfer of skin cells from hand to penis, herpes does not usually show up the next day. It usually takes weeks to months to get the initial outbreak. If you are really worried about it, you can get a blood test that tells if you have it or not. Since it was 6 months ago, it would show up in your blood. Local health clinics can refer you to a lab and results usually come back within a week. Try not to assume you don't have it, because giving it to a girl hoping you don't have it is the worst thing you could do. Good luck!!

I'm assuming you do not have access to a lab. Or perhaps you do not want to go to your family doctor. Sometimes, if you go to your local community health clinic, they have testing for HSV1 and HSV2 available at no cost. You can look up the address in the phone book. If you go to the web, there are numerous websites that will show you photos of what herpes looks like. If the girl who gave you head had oral herpes (HSV1) she could have given it to you. If you can remember if she had cold sores on her mouth, that would be helpful. It could remain in your system for a long time before it erupts into blisters. You can give it to someone else, even if you don't have sores at the time. Use a condom.
