Yes, it is harder for a male to contract herpes from a female than the reverse. It's about 9% per year for a female and 4% for a male.

steve...you should start a new thread with your question but FIRST get the FACTS...What kind of herpes does she have? 1 or 2...what type (if any do you have)...then we can go on from there. Important to remember though...after your initial OB is over....you will feel normal again...until you have OB again...no telling now how frequent that will be.
