You are confused. Oral herpes can be either HSV1 or HSV2. HSV1 is definitely more common as oral herpes, as that's it's preferred location. But HSV2 certainly can live there as well. So your comment about getting oral herpes or HSV2 doesn't really make sense.
The herpes virus in transferred via skin on skin contact. It's not carried in any bodily fluid, including semen.
There is no guarantee, either, that you WILL get herpes by performing oral sex on someone with the virus. It depends if they are having an outbreak, if they are shedding, and whether or not your body picks it up.
