About 40 days ago i went to this wellness centre they have lots of girls inside and its very clean the girls get tested every 2 weeks urine test ithink from thier own in house doctor anyways i had sexual intercourse with alot of girls always wearing a condom they wouldnt let you have sex with them without one and i never had anal sex however , oral sex i didnt wear a condom and there was some kissing with a few girls didnt notice any sores on them.

then a couple of days later my eye lid on my right eye got swollen a bit i went to the doctor she told me its nothing its from stress and not sleeping well she gave me a cream it went aaway in 2 days and then like a few days later i got a runny nose and i was caughing no fever and it went away . then like 8 or 11 days later i noticed there was a tiny small cut on my lower lip right in the centre on my lower lip it was small but it kinda hurts a bit if i smiled for example and i saw it very closely and i noticed around the tiny cut was a little yellow color around it i had to put alot of light to see it my freind told me its because you smoke that explains the little color i almost to a magnifying glass to see it anyways it went away in like 5-6 days.

3 days later i was cleaning the inside of my nose with a tissue and i scratched somthing hard intentionally inside my right nortril and a little blood came out with the normal tranparent liquid that comes out of the nose a day later i noticed that it hurts but mostly when i move my nose its like a small cut aswell but a little bigger than the one i got on my lip just a little then like 4 days later it got crusted i went to the doctor he saw it then he gave me salt water and some cream with antibiotic to put inside my nose then it went away like 3 days or 5 days later so it was there for like 9 or 8 days the whole time when i first saw it and when it went away ,

and now like more than a month later i noticed there is a small single pimple or a zit its red/pink color on my left testicle on the side against my left thigh it doesn not hurt maybe a discomfort but it does not itch maybe it only itch once when i discovered it. i somtimes feel i have muscle achs but i dont know i also havent worked out in a long time but other than that nothing is wrong with me. Im really scared i also met my girlfreind before the pimple or the zit was there and after the small cut on my lip and inside my nose we only kissed and we had oral sex what if i had somthing im really scared please help me. questions:

1-is this herpes or syphilis or clymidia or any other std based on what i just mentioned? should i worry? like hiv i got tested twice last year for hiv and i never had sex without a condom even with my girlfreind

2-can a person have hsv 1 and 2 at the same time ?

3- can a person get an antibiotic for both clymedia and syphlis in one injection if a person had them both for example?


Please help me doctor i dont know what to do if i had herpes or any other std im really worried my career is at stake please
