It doesn't decrease your chances of getting pregnant. It is possible to pass the virus to a newborn through the birth canal - but that can be addressed at the time of pregnancy, either with a C-section or by meds, so that this really is a non-issue.
i've no idea what cloimid is. You said you wanted to avoid all the "procedures" with your gyn. Have you been diagnosed?? If not, get thee to a doctor, because you don't want to treat anything with any kind of mediation without know first what you have.
