There are numbers/percentages out there that give you the likely hood, but bottom line is you could go twenty+ years with out contracting the virus or you could contract it right away regardless of precautions. Its all a crap shoot basically.
For every rule of thumb theres that case you read where it doesn't apply.
At the top of these threads theres a happy couples thread. My suggestion to you is check it out. I'm sure you'll find something that will help you in making your decision.
