does everyone have asympotic shedding?

I've read studies on asympotic shedding for people with have occurences of herpes six more times per year; but what about people that have hsv with minimal occurences of less than one occurence per year...is there still the same amount of asymptic shedding? I've also read that that not all people that have herpes have asympotic shedding. If this is correct can you tell me the percentage of people that have asympotic shedding compared to those that dont?

Re: does everyone have asympotic shedding?

I think you'll find this to be 'yes', but it needs to be qualified. People don't shed everyday, but they do shed on a regular irregular basis. The trend is X number of days per month, however, for some it may be X number of days per 3 months.

Terri - what's her name- over on WebM- what ever that web site is- just completed a PCR swabbing study for people with confirmed Herpes of over 10 years. They're looking at the level of shedding, how much/often etc. Nothing has been published yet.
