some info about HPV testing. Their is a vinegar test that the Dr. can give you. If you are infected with warts then that area turns white in reaction to the vinegar. My Dr. said that this is a "tricky" test because it can give false + and -'s... which it did for me.
Warts can be difficult to test for, in that there are different strands. Some of the strands don't show up as warts persay, but can cause cervical cancer. Other strands are easily diagnosed by the small, flat, pinkish "bumps" that appear alone or in clusters. Sounds pretty ambigous right? It is, that is why it helps to have a Dr. talk you through it.
