Ok, assuming you mean you have hsv2 on your genitals and you are talking about RECEIVING oral sex from your partner--
HSV2 'likes' the genital area where it normally lives and thrives. Outside of that area they say is 'does not like' the oral area. So they say the risk of getting HSV2 orally is rare and if it does happen that reoccurrances are infrequent.
If you were saying you have HSV2 on genitals only and want to perform oral sex on your partner, then that would be ok. BUT if you have ever had HSV1 (oral colds sores) on your mouth, you could passs HSV1 to your partner's genitals.
