I've been tested for herpes, 2 years ago, and I never went to get the results, what if there hasn't been anymore outbreaks since then, is there another way to get tested without having an outbreak?

The test to get if you have no obvious outbreak at the time is a 'type specific IgG blood test' for herpes. HerpeSelect is one of the most common 'brand' names.
What test did you have before? Blood or swab? And why did you not get the results?

If it was an IgG blood test you should call doctor/lab and get the results.

I believe I had both done. The reason why I didn't go get the results was beacause I was scared, and I know that I was with 1 guy, my bf and I felt guilty...I've got issues, I know, also when I tried retrieving them, the clinic's prop. was bought by the city, so I am in an even huger bind! I don't know where they relocated to.

Ok, well you can't go back and get those results then. But you could still go get a test now and see what your status is. Just remember, it GENERALLY takes the average person 3-4 months before hsv antibodies will show up in the blood. So if you have had a risky sexual encounter in the past month of so, it probably would not detect hsv from that encounter.
I was tested in 2001 + 2003-negative and 2005 (doctor left business and no records kept). 2007 tested again and whammo-positive.
