Hey my name is marice and i have this white stuff coming out of my penis, and a cold sore on my upper lip, what do i have?

uh, if you're having white stuff coming out of your penis you need to get checked by your doctor. That does not sound like herpes. As far as the cold sore on your lip, that is herpes type 1. It is contagious if you kiss someone, so read up on the warnings and such for that.
