Please let this person know or contact some medical facility that may be able to contact the person to let them know they should be tested.
Especially because you are just experiencing OBs, they will last longer and you are likely to shed longer (meaning you can pass the virus without have visual or physical symptoms). If you are not in a monogamous relationship, I definitely recommend you being on a regular medication treatment and to have that talk with future partners.
