| Re: Most accurate test?
According to the test range, anything over 1.0 is positive but most doctors will retest for results >1.00 and less than 3.5. You fall in that range. Your doctor may want to consider the Western Blot. The blood is drawn at a local lab (Quest is one- request test #34534) and sent to the University of Washington where the actual test is performed.
You can contact the U. of Washington Community Services and they can send to your doctor/you/lab a specimen shipping kit and instructions.
