Exclamation Red bumps, NO itch, NO burn, NO tingle...

I noticed three days ago that I had a small bump starting to form on the center of the shaft of my penis, no tingle, no itch or burn, no fever symptoms, no back pain. So i dismissed it and went on, three days later I noticed that I had about 15-20 small red bumps forming in my pubic region and a couple more very very tiny colorless bumps on the underside of the shaft, still no itch or tingle, they are not painful at all, I haven't tried to lance or pop any because i don't want to cause an infection from messing with it. I've made an appointment with my doctor but it will be a couple of days before I get a response on whether or not it is an STD or just some other type of a rash. It has been approximately 8 months since I've had sex, I just wanted to post and get some feedback while I wait for the doctors. I'm freaking out.

This may be something may not.. the best thing to do is get tested. Make sure you ask your doctor for the Herpes IgG type specific test. If you have it, it should show up.. and everyone's symptoms and outbreaks are different. Maybe one of the men on here can help you out a little more in that area.

it's really hard to say. if you shave your junk then maybe the irritation is caused by that. the skin is sensitive in the groin areas, and if you have changed soaps, shampoos, lubes, or anything of that sort, it could cause something to form. even detergents and bounce sheets for laundry can assist in that area being irritated. it's my guess tho that if you shave your stuff then that might be the cause.
