I would have to say NO, herpes is external and passed from skin to skin contact with someone, there is a chance that during your first inital OB that until your body produces antibodies that you can pass it from area to another, more common with HSV2 genital then with HSV1 which I am assuming you have since it effects your mouth, chin and lips ect...
have you been tested to make sure you have HERPES??? I sometimes get ulcers inside my mouth which are a virus but not the same as HSV1 that effects the outside of the mouth... I think you are fine, but it would not hurt to go have a blood test done to be sure that way you know your status, FYI Herpes can be passed when no symptoms are present so be mindful of that, HSV1 is the less agressive and duration and servarity are less then HSV2, for more infor you can download the herpes handbook form the web.
