Unhappy Can someone help me out plz?
Would herpes sores have hair in them? I read that the sores would be in clusters and sore to the touch. But I have little pimples with hairs coming out of them. And they are not painful to touch either and they are spread out. I just found out recently that someone I had sex with might have had sex with someone who has herpes. I'm still going to Planned Parenthood to get tested but I wanted to know if I'm freaking out over ingrown hairs or actul herpes.

Hi,
It sounds like you are describing ingrown hairs I wouldn't worry.
