| Blisters All Over
I had a *brutal* initial outbreak, with blister patches on the bottom of my feet, hands, middle of my back, on my thighs and calves, and on my forearms - as well as the usual places.
My subsequent outbreaks have included patches in those places and others.
I have gone through the absolute mill with doctors and they keep telling me that those patches must be something else. Personally, I just think that they are so in love with the textbook definition, they refuse to expand their perceptions of what the virus can do.
It is infuriating. I am getting new outbreaks about once a month and they are pretty much knocking me on my ***. The anti-viral medication makes me about 1000x sicker.
Is there anything else that people have tried with success?
I use something called 'ViraSoothe' for the itching (it is a chicken pox remedy.) Works wonders!
