herpess? helllp!
so last month i had a painful "pimple" beside my vagina, it was bloody & had puss in it as well, i popped it and it healed i had one before but i just thought it was a heat pimple, and now i cant help but think it was a herpes sore, i havent had one since.. i have a doctors appointment on monday, should i ask for a test ? and how do they test for that ?

Hello,
The best thing to do is ask the doctor for the IgG herpes type specific blood test, this should pick up if you have the virus (note- it takes up to 4 months for the antibodies to be detected).
