hsv 1 and 2 supressor
 

hi all, i want to ask, i had no outbreak before, until now, so, should i take acyclovir or valtrex daily to suppress it, or i should follow my doc's advise where i only take it during outbreak?
im just newly diagnosed and have no experience handling both hsv1 and 2..
so, i wish to seek guidance from people here. :)

Either should be fine to take although Valtrex I believe would be once a day and the other more then once.

I would just take it when you have an outbreak or feel one coming on, other then that I would just put them away since your immune system seems to be doing fine on its own. :)

.Oh ok... but im experiencing body itch and i have some red dots grewing on my arm, is this herpes related? I didnt take any medication yet

Maybe you are having an allergic reaction to something else. Have you changed soaps or anything?
