A couple of weeks ago I noticed a small scaley patch in my inner thigh, over the past few weeks it has spread throughout my inner thigh and the crease between my genitals and thigh. I've looked at photos of herpes and it doesn't appear to be puss filled lumps, more of a cluster of red spots that have created one large red patch in my inner thigh and has a scaley look to it. It is quite painful and when itched gets very red and raw. Is it possible for it to be herpes though I don't have puss filled lumps?
