Herpes or what??
I had oral sex with a guy about a week ago. Also, about 4 days after I was dry jacking off and I realized that the tip of my penis was rubbing against the sheet. I realized that I was really sore after and it was burning to pee. I started and have been putting dermoplast on it.... But the bottom of my pee hole (meatus) had a sore that kinda looks like a little canker sore. I can't determine if it looks this way from the dermoplast or I have freakin herpes. I don't feel like it's herpes in that it never bubbled up an there aren't clusters anywhere but I am paranoid. Any help?

It may be herpes, an outbreak doesn't always appear as clusters or like many of the photos on the internet.

I suggest that you go to a doctor. Unfortunately if the sore is not swabbed within the first 24-48 hrs after appearing there is a chance for a false negative. You can also ask for the IgG herpes type specific blood test but it normally takes up to 4 months for the antibodies to be detected in the blood.
