| Do HSV 2 Outbreaks for women eventually decrease over time?
I am just looking for some information from other people living with the hsv 2 virus. I am not sure if I have hsv 2 but for a year and a half have had monthly out brakes all of my swabs came out negative but next time it happens I am going to a different Dr.. The current Dr. I went to gave me Valtrex and I tried it it just gave me a UTI and didn't help my condition at all. My ob's if that is what it is have gotten better I don't have any before symptoms I just get small ulcer it doesn't turn red or anything or really hurt just when I go to the bathroom and is gone in 5 days. Just from everyone else with this virus will the outbreaks decrease in years I know everyone is different but it is happening every month and makes me feel bad about my self. I just am wondering from others experiences does the outbreaks in women lesson with years. I keep hoping but I feel like it wont.
